Description The Millermatic 252 MIG welder is an all-in-one MIG welding package. Welds material from 22 gauge to 1/2 in thick in a single pass. This package includes the Spoolmatic 30A (130831), dual cylinder cart, and cable rack. Highest Output In Its Class The Millermatic 252 boasts a 40% Duty Cycle at 250A allowing you to weld longer on high-end applications. 60% Duty Cycle at 200A. Digital Front Panel Millermatic 252’s large interface with built-in digital timers enables the operator to preset voltage and wire feed speed. Standard run-in, pre/postflow, burn back, spot/delay (stitch) timer menu. Auto Gun Detect MIG Welding just got a whole lot simpler! The Millermatic 252 allows the operator to simply pull trigger on MIG gun, spool gun or push/pull gun. Automatically detects and recalls the voltage, wire feed speed and timer of the active gun. Push-Pull Gun Direct Connection Superior aluminum MIG welding with direct connection of optional push-pull guns and spool guns. Direct connect your XR push-pull guns or Spoolmate 200. No extra module to buy or install. Line Voltage Compensation This will keep power constant even if power input varies by 10%. Active Arc Stabilizer The Active Arc Stabilizer minimizes weld cleanup, and provides excellent starts proven superior to the competition. Fan-On-Demand Machine cooling system only operates when needed, reducing noise, energy use and the amount of contaminants pulled through the machine. Angled, Dual-Gear Driven, Cast Aluminum Drive System Features no-tool, quick-change reversible drive rolls and an easy-to-set, scaled tension knob. EZ-Change Low Cylinder Rack Allows operators to easily roll cylinders on and off of rack – no need to lift cylinders.
