GKS TL12-C Container Dolly – 26,400 lb (12 Ton) Steerable ISO Container Skate The GKS TL12-C Container Dolly is a steerable heavy-duty container skate designed for controlled front-end maneuvering of ISO shipping containers. With a load capacity of 26,400 lbs (12 metric tons / 120 kN), the TL12-C serves as the steering component in professional container moving systems. Equipped with secure ISO twist locks, the TL12-C locks directly into container corner castings to ensure a stable connection during movement. Its turning pads at each corner and integrated handlebar steering system provide precise directional control, even in tight warehouse or yard environments. With a loading height of 7 inches (176 mm) and a loaded height of approximately 6.3 inches (161 mm), the TL12-C maintains safe ground clearance while keeping the container stable. When paired with the F12-C rear dolly, the combined system supports up to 54,800 lbs (24 metric tons). Like all GKS products, the TL12-C meets BGV D8 and ANSI/ASME safety standards.
